I love memory wire bracelets! They are super easy to make, and they make fabulous gifts. This DIY memory wire bracelet is a simple 3-layered pearl bracelet, but you can get your creative juices flowing. Choose your own beads (try a bold color like Ultra Violet), or create as many layers as you want. All of the supplies can be found at any bead store, but if you’re more of an online shopper, check out the bottom of this post for a list of online stores I recommend.
Use the side-cutter pliers to cut the desired length of your bracelet. For this project, I cut off about 3 loops to make a 3-layer bracelet. I usually try to line up the cut at the beginning of the bracelet with the cut at the end so it looks even. Hold the end of the wire, and use the chain-nosed pliers to create a small bend (this is the beginning of your end loop).
Form the end loop by taking your round-nose pliers and rotating it inwards.
This will be the end of your bracelet.
At the other end of the wire, add 5 silver beads, 1 crystal bead, and 5 white beads. Repeat the order until you get close to the end of the memory wire.
Use the chain-nose and round-nose pliers to create another end loop to finish the bracelet.
That’s it! Congratulations! You’ve just created your very own fabulous beaded memory wire bracelet. To wear, just wrap around your wrist and go.
